01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 388k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 388k website, mobile platform, games library, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services"). 03 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 388k platform. If 388k identifies that a player holds more than one account, whether registered under the same or different personal details, all duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation. 06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 388k platform, including cricket betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, crash games, and virtual sports:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet placed in error — including incorrect stake amounts or market selections — cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to network latency. 388k will not be liable for bets placed after an event has concluded due to a delay in the live data feed updating on the player's device.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

388k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; underage gambling; provision of false registration information; or behaviour that is threatening or abusive toward platform staff.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 388k reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money deposits and winnings, in proportion to the severity of the breach. In all other circumstances, legitimate account balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The 388k platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are secure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 388k platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 388k or its respective third-party licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use 388k's intellectual property for any purpose outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform as a registered player.

• You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, or sell any content from the 388k platform without our prior written consent.
• You must not use automated scraping tools, web crawlers, or bots to extract data from the 388k platform.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 388k under licence.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

388k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent on-site notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately without prior notice.
